HRC to consider restoration of benefits for NCFD militaries

Information about consultation of members of the Russian Presidential Council on Civil Society and Human Rights (HRC) has been sent to the garrisons of Nalchik and Vladikavkaz. On June 3 and 4, rights defenders will discuss with servicemen how the latter can receive their due compensations and benefits.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that today members of the HRC have started their visit to the North-Caucasian Federal District (NCFD). On June 3 and 4, in Vladikavkaz and Nalchik, the Commission on Civil-Military Relations of the HRC will receive militaries and their relatives.

The receptions in Nalchik and Vladikavkaz will be held by Sergey Krivenko, the head of the above HRC's standing commission and coordinator of the "Citizen and the Army" Movement; and Anatoly Salin, a legal expert of the Committee of Soldiers' Mothers (CSM) of the Astrakhan Region.

Today, the members of the delegation have arrived in Dagestan, said Natalia Evdokimova, a member of the HRC.
