The Presnya Court of Moscow has arrested Yuri Chabuev, who held the post of the director of the Khovanskoye cemetery, where a mass fight occurred. Lechi Yakhyaev, a native of the Astrakhan Region, was also arrested. He became the 14th person arrested in the criminal case opened on the fight.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on May 14, in Moscow, a mass fight occurred at the Khovanskoye cemetery. As a result, three persons were killed. The number of the persons suspected of organization and involvement in the fight also includes natives of Chechnya and Dagestan.

The investigators have reported that, according to witnesses and policemen, Yuri Chabuev was one of the organizers of the conflict. He is also suspected of direct involvement in the fight.

Yuri Chabuev himself has claimed that stay and activities of migrants at the cemetery are illegal. He has explained that in order to perform any activities, they had to get permission from him. However, the migrants failed to ask for permission, and Yuri Chabuev with people tried to kick away the migrants.

The court arrested Yuri Chabuev until July 14. Besides, Lechi Yakhyaev, who was involved in the fight, was also arrested for two months, the "Notepad Moscow" reports.

The natives of Northern Caucasus, who have fallen under the influence of Moscow criminal leaders, are involved in the conflicts as ordinary "foot soldiers." This opinion was expressed by experts, interviewed by the "Caucasian Knot". According to them, young people of the region are trying to find themselves in the Russian capital because of high unemployment in their homeland.
