Four Georgian citizens detained near South-Ossetian border, eyewitnesses report

Today, David Taziashvili and Akaki Bolotashvili, residents of the village of Zaridaantkari of the Gori District, and Yuri Kedikoshvili, a resident of Gori, have been detained near the South-Ossetian border. Mikhail Gakheladze was detained in the Kaspi District.

Three residents of the Gori District were detained when they were transporting construction materials in a truck near the border.

According to local residents, Russian border guards seized the truck too, the "Georgia-Online" reports.

In the Kaspi District, on the outskirts of the village of Sakorintlo bordering with South Ossetia, South-Ossetian border guards detained Mikhail Gakheladze, eyewitnesses report.

According to them, Mikhail Gakheladze was working on his land plot, when armed men in uniform appeared. They moved to the territory controlled by the Georgian side, detained Mikhail Gakheladze, and took him away in the direction of Tskhinvali.

Till present, no one has contacted the detainee's family members, and, thus, the whereabouts of Mikhail Gakheladze is still unknown, the "InterPressNews" reports.
