Prosecutor challenges arrest of "Domodedovo" bosses in case of terror act
The Prosecutor's Office has appealed against the decision of the court to arrest Vyacheslav Nekrasov, a former director of the Airport "Domodedovo"; Andrei Danilov, a former director of Closed Joint-Stock Company (CJSC) "Domodedovo Airport Aviation Security"; and Svetlana Trishina, a former head of the Russian representative office of the company "Airport Management Company Limited", who are accused in the case of the 2011 terror act.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the motion to arrest Nekrasov within the inquiry into the case of the terror act, committed in January 2011, was put forward by investigators and granted by the court. A similar motion was made in relation of Danilov.
"In court has registered three appellate presentations of the Prosecutor's Office against the custody of Nekrasov, Danilov and Trishina," the RIA "Novosti" quotes Yunona Tsaryova, the press secretary of the Basmanny Court of Moscow.
The court has arrested Nekrasov, Danilov and Trishina, despite the protest of the Prosecutor's Office. The date of consideration of the protest of the Prosecutor's Office has not yet scheduled, the "Interfax" reports.
