Ramzan Kadyrov offers opposition to go to court because of video with Mikhail Kasyanov through rifle sight

Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov, who has made a number of sharp statements against the Russian non-systemic opposition, states he is ready to answer for every of his words in court. Mikhail Kasyanov has announced his intention to appeal to the law enforcement agencies in connection with the video posted by Ramzan Kadyrov.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on January 12, Ramzan Kadyrov stated that the non-systemic opposition should be treated "as enemies of the people and as traitors" who are trying to deteriorate the situation in Russia. On February 1, on his Instagram page, Ramzan Kadyrov published a video, in which Mikhail Kasyanov, the leader of the "PARNAS" Party, appeared under a filter simulating a rifle sight. Commentators have treated the video as a threat to the opposition politician.

Today, on Instagram page, Ramzan Kadyrov has declared that he is ready to answer for his statements voiced against the opposition.

"If those cardboard 'heroes' are so terribly frightened by my laughing at them, the road to the courts is open to them. I am a law-abiding citizen, and I bear responsibility for every of my words and stand by my solid opinion," wrote the Chechen leader.

Yesterday, on February 1, Mikhail Kasyanov announced his plans to appeal to the law enforcement agencies in connection with the video released by Ramzan Kadyrov, in which the former Prime Minister of Russia was depicted through a sniper sight.
