Official's relative may be involved in double murder, residents of Chechnya assert

In Grozny, Magomed Dzeitov and Khusein Aliev, residents of Chechnya, were murdered after a quarrel with a relative of a top-ranking official. This was reported by the relatives of the victims. The information about the incident is actively discussed on the Internet by residents of Chechnya, who express their doubts that the murderers will be punished.

On November 15, a shootout occurred in Grozny. As a result, two young men were killed. According to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent, local residents disseminate the information about the murder and photos from the scene via WhatsApp messenger. The local residents claim that the photos were made by one of the law enforcers.

"Internet users write that after the quarrel, the young men were entrapped and meanly murdered," said Elina, a resident of Grozny. According to her, the killed men were Magomed (Mokhmad) Dzeitov, a 26-year-old resident of the village of Voikovo, and Khusein Aliev, a 35-year-old resident of the village of Michurin.

According to Magomed, a city resident, the official media and the authorities keep silence about the murder.

Relatives of the murdered men have also reported that on November 16, the Dzeitov and Aliev families were visited by one of the famous theologians, who reported on behalf of the murderer's family members that they are admitting the guilt for the incident and asking to resolve the conflict without blood feud.

According to an official from the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), all the necessary measures are taken to investigate the murder.
