Investigators name suspected customer of terror act in Moscow
According to investigators and prosecutors, Aslan Baisultanov, a native of Grozny, got a detonator and an improvised explosive device (IED) for committing a terror act in Moscow, from the man named Shamil Chergizov.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on October 11, in Moscow, FSB agents detained 10 people, suspected of plotting a terror act. According to law enforcers, the detainees were trained in Syria in camps of the "Islamic State" (IS, earlier ISIL, is recognized by Russia and a number of other countries as a terrorist organization, note of the "Caucasian Knot"). Today, the court has pronounced the decision to take into custody for two months three suspects: Aslan Baisultanov, Elman Ashaev, and Mokhmad Mezhidov.
"Shamil Chergizov handed over to Aslan Baisultanov the detonator and the IED for committing an explosion in a public place in Moscow in order to destabilize the authorities' activities. Elman Ashaev transported the items to an apartment, located in Strelbischensky Lane in Moscow, from where they were seized during a search conducted by FSB agents in the course of a special operation," the Judge believes.
Let us remind you that the investigators suspect Elbrus Bittirov, a native of Kabardino-Balkaria, of plotting a terror act. He has been put on the wanted list.
