The appeal filed by Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov about the court's decision to recognize the book "Prayer to Allah" as extremist material has been forwarded to the Sakhalin Regional Court. This was reported by the Court Office.
On August 19, the Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk City Court recognized as an extremist material the book "Prayer (dua) to Allah: its meaning and place in Islam", which consisted of the translation of the Koran verses and sayings attributed to the Prophet Muhammad.
