In Kabardino-Balkaria, court finds Sarabi Seyunov guilty

Sarabi Seyunov, a defendant in the case of the attack on Nalchik, has been sentenced to 13 years and 6 months of imprisonment in a high-security penal colony.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Sarabi Seyunov was accused of involvement in the grouping, which attacked a squad of border guards. He did not admit his guilt and claimed being pressured by law enforcers. On November 24, 2011, the case against Sarabi Seyunov was separated from other criminal cases because of the fact that he had been diagnosed with tuberculosis.

Today, the verdict against Sarabi Seyunov has been pronounced by the Supreme Court of Kabardino-Balkaria. Sarabi Seyunov has been sentenced to 13 years and 6 months of imprisonment in a high-security penal colony.

Sarabi Seyunov is taken into custody in the courtroom of the Supreme Court, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reports.

Let us remind you that Sarabi Seyunov was under house arrest: such a decision was pronounced by the court on December 12, 2012. During the court hearing held on January 20, 2014, Khabas Emkuzhev, a defendant in the case of the attack on Nalchik, stated that Sarabi Seyunov was not guilty.
