In connection with the search for militants, a regime of counterterrorist operation (CTO) has been introduced within the territories of the Kurakh, Magaramkent, Suleiman-Stalsky, Tabasaran, and Khiv Districts of Dagestan.

This has been reported today by an official from the operational headquarters of Dagestan.

After the announcement of the cancellation of the CTO regime, an official from the law enforcement bodies of Dagestan reported that the law enforcers continued searching for militants in the area.

The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent has been informed by a resident of the village of Sogratl that the situation in the village is quiet.
