Witness in Amirov's case associates shelling of shopping centre in Kaspiysk with militants
Said Amirov or figurants of his case were not involved in the shelling of the "Moskva" Shopping Centre in Kaspiysk in 2011, this incident is backed up by members of the armed underground, said the witness Bagand Abdullaev.
One of the episodes of the case is the terror act at the above "Moskva" Shopping Centre, committed on April 2, 2011, in Kaspiysk. Then, a round of a grenade launcher hit the electric post near the building. There were no casualties and survivors. At the session on May 12 the prosecutor in the Amirov's case said that the motive for the shelling was the "land issue".
Today, the court has questioned the defence witness Bagand Abdullaev. In April 2011, he was the director of the above "Moskva" Shopping and Entertainment Centre; and he had about 200 persons of his stuff. According to the witness, in that period, he also owned 7% of shares of the Izberbash Wine and Cognac Factory; and his brother Magomed Abdullaev was one of the main shareholders of this factory.
Abdullaev brothers are Said Amirov's relatives. The witness said that they had never had any disagreement with him.
According to Bagand Abdullaev, members of the armed underground stand behind the above shot at the "Moskva" Centre. Thus, his brother received SMS-messages and "memory sticks with threats and demands of money for the jihad."
