The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the North-Caucasian District Military Court in Rostov-on-Don began considering the main case of Said Amirov and seven other defendants on May 12 this year. Currently, the court is questioning the prosecution witnesses.

Those questioned during the previous session on June 11 included Nisukhanum Khasbulatova, who occupied in October 2011 the post of the office manager of the administration of the Sovietskiy District of Makhachkala, and Shikhakhmed Omarov, the former head of that district.

According to the schedule, on Tuesday, June 16, the court planned to interrogate witnesses for the prosecution, and in their absence – to read out their written testimonies. However, the presiding judge announced that a fax was received from the witness Mamedkerimov stating that he would not be able to appear at the trial as he left abroad.
