CTO regime lifted in Buynaksk
In the city of Buynaksk, the counterterrorist operation (CTO) regime introduced on April 19 has been cancelled. This was reported by the operational headquarters for Dagestan.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on April 19, the CTO regime was introduced in Buynaksk by the decision of the operational headquarters for Dagestan. There, in the village of Gerei-Avlak, power agents blocked a house with armed people. Following the results of the special operation, the power agents reported on elimination of five militants, including Aliaskhab Kebekov, the leader of the organization "Imarat Kavkaz" recognized in Russia as terrorist.
"The CTO regime has been cancelled in connection with the completion of all operational and combat activities," the "Interfax" quotes a source as stating.
The CTO regime was cancelled at 12:00 a.m. Moscow time, the "Chernovik" (Draft) reports with reference to a member of the operational headquarters for Dagestan.
