Kizilyurt resident Rashid Isaev transferred to SIZO

Rashid Isaev detained in Kizilyurt on March 22 is suspected of illegal possession of weapons. He has been transferred to the SIZO (pre-trial prison).

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on March 22, law enforcers carried out a search in the house where Rashid Isaev lived with his wife and two children. According to a sister of Rashid Isaev, during the search, the law enforcers planted weapons to the house and detained Rashid Isaev. Relatives also reported that an advocate was not allowed visiting his client.

According to his relatives, at present, Rashid Isaev is being kept at the SIZO. They believe that he confessed to possession of weapon under pressure.

Rashid Isaev was detained for 48 hours, the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of Dagestan reports.

It should be noted that on March 23, Umleyla Magomedova, the wife of Rashid Isaev, was also brought to the police station. The woman was released on the same day. However, she refused to describe the circumstances of her detention.
