Dagestani lawyer states use of force to defendant

The body of Shamil Magomedov, a resident of Buynaksk, detained on suspicion of illegal possession of firearms, has traces of application of violence, said his advocate Selim Magomedov.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on March 17 Shamil Magomedov went to bring his children to kindergarten; and after that his relatives could not reach him. Eyewitnesses told them that a group of people pulled Magomedov out of the car and drove him away.

Later, it became known that Shamil Magomedov was kept at the temporary detention facility (known as IVS) of Buynaksk.

"Tomorrow, the court will elect the freedom restraint for Shamil Magomedov, who is suspected of illegal arms possession," said Selim Magomedov.
