Advocates of Zaur Dadaev and Tamerlan Eskerkhanov do not confirm any changes in indictment in Boris Nemtsov murder case
Till present, investigators have not yet changed the motive in Boris Nemtsov murder case. This was reported by advocates of Zaur Dadaev and Tamerlan Eskerkhanov.
Earlier, an official from the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) has stated that the investigation into the murder of Boris Nemtsov considers an Islamic-extremist trace as one of the versions of the murder. The investigators suggest that the murder could be provoked by the Nemtsov's position with respect to the massacre at the magazine "Charlie Hebdo".
On March 16, the "Interfax" was told by a source close to the investigation that law enforcers had corrected the charges against detainees: instead of the crime of greed or by order, the case included a motive of political or religious hatred.
The disseminated information about the corrected charges under Article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation against the defendants in Boris Nemtsov murder case was denied by Roza Magomedova, an advocate of Tamerlan Eskerkhanov, and Ivan Gerasimov, an advocate of Zaur Dadaev. According to Roza Magomedova, on March 13, her client was charged with aiding and abetting in the commission of the murder by order, the "BFM.ru" reports.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on February 27, opposition politician Boris Nemtsov was shot and killed in Moscow. Five persons, including Zaur Dadaev, Anzor and Shagid Gubashev, Khamzat Bakhaev and Tamerlan Eskerkhanov, were detained on suspicion of involvement in the murder.
