Three suspected kidnappers detained in Rostov-on-Don

Three suspects of kidnapping a man have been detained in the Kirov District of Rostov-on-Don; they forced a man into a car, which was later detained by the police, the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) has reported.

A search of the kidnapped person began after a message about the incident was received by the on duty unit of the Chief Department (CD) of the MIA for the region.

The police detained a car, similar by appearance to the one searched. It was carrying the victim and his kidnappers.

The kidnappers were detained thanks to eyewitnesses. Currently, the place is studied by criminalists and investigators, who clarify all the circumstances of the incident, says the statement of the above CD of the MIA for the Rostov Region published today at 2:18 p.m.
