Kurman-Ali Baichorov's advocates file complaint to ICRF against Pyatigorsk investigators

The materials on verification of violation of the rights of Imam of Kislovodsk committed by power agents are not to be transferred to the 55th Military Investigating Department in Pyatigorsk. The appropriate request was filed to the leaders of the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) by advocates of Kurman-Ali Baichorov.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the ICRF carries out the pre-investigating verification of the complaint about violations of the rights of Imam Baichorov committed by the power agents and judges.

On February 9, the appeal of the Kislovodsk Imam's advocates to the leaders of the Investigating Committee was sent to the GVSU (Chief Military Investigating Department) of the ICRF, and on February 18, it was sent to the Military Investigating Department of the ICRF for the Southern Military District.

"We urge you not to send the appeal (information about violations of Kurman-Ali Baichorov's rights, note of the "Caucasian Knot") to the 55th Military Investigating Department, since earlier, it under various flimsy excuses ignored the arguments of the motions and complaints filed by Kurman-Ali Baichorov," the advocates' appeal states.

According to advocate Alaudi Musaev, the 55th Military Investigating Department has repeatedly announced unfounded decisions to reject initiation of a criminal case.

Earlier, Alaudi Musaev has announced the release of the novel on the prosecution of his client under the titled of "The Trial in a Dream."
