Kamil Guliev, who disappeared in Dagestan, may be kept by Makhachkala police, his relatives believe
On December 6, Aisha Gulieva, Kamil's wife, filed an application to the Sovietskiy ROVD (District Interior Division) of Makhachkala about her husband's possible kidnapping. Prior to his disappearance Kamil Guliev claimed that policemen tried to take him to the police station in Kizilyurt.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on December 5 Aisha stated the disappearance of her husband Kamil Guliev and expressed her concern that he could become a victim of kidnapping.
According to her information, recent days are notable for detention of believers, who is delivered to Kizilyurt. "They are kept there for three days and then released – the militants' attack on Grozny is moved as the reason," Aisha Gulieva told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.
The above ROVD has confirmed the receipt of the application. "Yes, the application has been accepted; and policemen are searching for Kamil Guliev," the on duty officer told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.
Let us note here that on December 5 Kamil Guliev left a note on his page in the Facebook that policemen tried to take him to the police station in Kizilyurt.
