In Makhachkala, policemen wound three persons while stopping mass fight

In the evening of October 28, in Makhachkala, policemen stopped a mass fight, which participants were carrying firearms. To restore order, the policemen had to use their service weapons. As a result, three persons were wounded. This was reported by the Dagestani Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA).

According to the Dagestani MIA, at 8:30 p.m. Moscow time, the police received a report of a fight in the park located at the intersection of Gamidov and Imam Shamil Avenues. At 8:50 p.m. Moscow time, a police squad arrived to the place of the incident.

"During the detention, suspects rendered resistance; they failed to obey to the lawful demands of the policemen and tried to use firearms. While suppressing the unlawful acts, the policemen used their service weapons. As a result, three suspects were brought to hospital with gunshot wounds to their lower limbs," the Dagestani MIA reports.
