Ingush authorities decide to bury unidentified militants' bodies
Six unidentified militants, who were killed in special operations conducted by power agents in Ingushetia, will be buried in the next few days into one of the republic's Muslim cemeteries. The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was informed about it by Shamsudin Bokov, the press secretary of the head of the republic, and Timur Bokov, the head of the relations with the media of the administration of the head of Ingushetia.
"The bodies belong to the members of illegal armed formations (IAFs), who rendered armed resistance at detention. The bodies could not be identified even by means of DNA," said Shamsudin Bokov.
"It is blasphemous, that they have not been buried yet. This is not about whether they are good or bad – bodies should be buried. This is the direction of the head of the republic," said the press secretary of Yunus-Bek Evkurov.
The DNA data of these persons will be saved in the database; and if in the future we find their relatives, they will be informed about the burial place of their relatives, Timur Bokov has added.
Let us remind you that in July 2011, the head of Ingushetia Yunus-Bek Evkurov banned not to issue out bodies of killed IAF members to their relatives for burial, in order not to provoke new members to join the armed underground.
