In Dagestan, explosion occurs near house of head of regional power supply organization
In the village of Gergebil in Dagestan, an improvised explosive device (IED) detonated at the gate of the house belonging to the director of the power supply organization of the Gergebil District. This has been reported today by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of Dagestan.
According to the Dagestani MIA, the incident occurred on May 28, at about 11:30 p.m. Moscow time. The IED was powered by unidentified persons.
The explosion caused no injuries. This was reported by the RIA "Dagestan" with reference to the MIA's press service.
According to the Dagestani MIA, the IED's power was 70 grams of TNT equivalent.
