In Chechnya, explosion kills four soldiers

As reported by the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), as a result of explosion of an infantry fighting vehicle (IFV) in Chechnya 11 soldiers suffered; four of them later died from their wounds.

The explosion occurred today, during the engineering reconnaissance near the village of Yandi, Achkhoy-Martan District of Chechnya. The IFV with the engineering outfit inside hit a masked explosive device.

According to the website of the Russian MIA, the wounded internal troop servicemen were delivered to the health-sanitary battalion of Grozny.
