In Dagestan, first Youth Congress announces contest on republic's brand

In Makhachkala, at the first Congress of Dagestani Youth, Ramazan Abdulatipov, the leader of Dagestan, has announced the contest for the best idea of the regional brand. The winner of the contest will receive a cash award and support from the state in manufacturing the product. Participants of the Congress worked on ten priority projects of the republic.

The Congress, held on November 26 and 27, brought together young people from all municipalities of the republic, members of youth organizations, students from universities, agents of permanent missions and spiritual control in total, more than 900 persons.

The event was organized by the Committee for Youth Affairs of the Republic of Dagestan and the Republic's Public Chamber.

The participants of the Congress were divided into ten working groups. Each group worked on one of the priority projects of the President of Dagestan: "Whitewashing the economy", "Creation of 'growth points'", "Investments into Dagestan", "New industrialization", "Efficient public governance", "Efficient territorial development", "Efficient agricultural complex", "Brand of new Dagestan", "Human capital", "Reign of order and security in Dagestan".
