Ingushetia: two persons killed in a special operation

As reported by the operative headquarters of Ingushetia, two suspected militants were killed in an assault on a private house in the village of Plievo. A special agent was wounded.

This morning, Plievo was put under the counterterrorist operation (CTO) regime; and a private house was blocked. Negotiations for surrender were launched with the people inside. As a result, according to various sources, two or three women and four children left the house; and later, power agents stormed the house.

"Two militants were liquidated; one special agent was wounded and hospitalized. The cleanup of the territory continues, which will take a long time," said a source from the above headquarters.

According to law enforcement bodies, a 27-year-old Khavazh Khadziev was detained during the storming of the house.

His brother Mukhkhadin Khadziev and Murad Pliev, the leader of the "Plievo" gang, were killed, the ITAR-TASS reports.
