A person suspected of high-profile murders killed in Kabardino-Balkaria

Today during operational search actions the policemen killed Zeitun Boziev suspected of murders of Rector of Agricultural University of Kabardino-Balkaria Boris Zherukov and TV journalist Kazbek Gekkiev, the Ministry of Interior Affairs of the Russian Federation reports.

It should be reminded that a month ago there appeared an information in mass media that Zeitun Boziev was involved in Zherukov and Gekkiev’s murders. Later law enforcement bodies of KBR announced big rewards for help in Zeitun Boziev and Inoyat Tabukhov’s search for they were suspected of these murders.

The police reports that on obtaining information about the location of one of the motorcar repair shops belonging to the supposed criminal members of power ministries blocked the building.

An unknown person started firing from a gun and was killed by backfire. The policemen established that it was Zeitun Boziev, web-site of the office reports.

According to Committee of Inquiry, Boziev was also suspected of murder of two district police officers in Nalchik in 2011, murder of a Road Patrol Service inspector in 2012, murder of Kantemir Kyarov, investigator for priority cases, participation in the murder of lieutenant colonel of police Anatoly Bukin, web-site of Committee of Inquiry of the Russian Federation reports.
