The defendants on the case of illegal storage of arms in Dagestan sentenced to three years of custody

Khasavyurt district court sentenced Anvar Guseinov, Sadrudin Arapkhanov and Eldar Dydymov on the case of illegal storage of arms and deliberate property destruction to three years of imprisonment in a general regime colony.
 
According to Sapiyat Magomedova, Anvar Guseinov’s attorney, she was not notified of the court session which is “a gross violation of the Code of Criminal Procedure”.
 
The lawyer also said that she was going to appeal against the verdict because she considered in unlawful.
 
The process passed within the framework of a case of firing upon a store in the settlement of Petrakovskoye in July of 2012.
