In Buynaksk, Gadjimurad Gasanov kidnapped when leaving mosque, local resident asserts

Gadjimurad Gasanov, a 23-year-old resident of the settlement of Prirechensk of the city of Buynaksk, was kidnapped by armed men in masks when he was leaving the mosque. This was reported by one of the worshipers of the mosque.

The kidnapping occurred at about 09:00 p.m., the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was told by the resident of Buynaksk. "Gasanov was kidnapped by unidentified persons, who arrived in two silver Priora cars. Gadjimurad was forced into one of the cars. And one of the kidnappers drove the Gadjimurad's car - a red Lada Kalina car. Then, they hurriedly left. There were 7-8 kidnappers, and they were armed. Some of them were wearing masks and military uniforms, and some civilian clothes," said one of the worshipers of the mosque located in Makhachkala highway in Buynaksk.

Zarema Bagautdinova, the representative of the Dagestani regional public organization (DRPO) "Pravozaschita" (Advocacy), has reported that is a Salafi mosque. "I was told about the incident several minutes ago. At present, relatives and worshipers of the mosque obtain video records from surveillance cameras installed at the building," she has explained.

In their turn, officials from the unit on the duty of the Buynaksk GOVD (City Interior Division) did not confirm the information about the possible detention of a person with data of Gadjimurad Gasanov.
