A witness recognized Temerkhanov as Budanov’ murderer

Eyewitness of the crime Maria Minakova described ex-colonel Yuri Busanov’s murder as a dark-haired tall man of an average build in Moscow city court today. Anatoly Zatserenko, another witness of the murder, recognized defendant Yusup Temerkhanov in court.

“I was standing in the street with my friend when I heard a shot sounding like a clap of a petard. Then I heard several more claps. Turning round I saw a man shooting from a very big gun. I saw him make two shots in the head of a person lying on the asphalt”, the first witness said to the court about the events of June, 10, 2011, when Budanov was killed.

According to her, “the murderer was wearing shorts and a T-shirt and had something dark on his head”.

Minakova also told the court that she saw the murderer flee the scene of the crime in Mitsubishi Lancer.

It should be reminded that on July, 25, 2003, Bydanov was acknowledged guilty of kidnapping and murder of Chechen girl Elza Kungaeva.
