Four persons, detained in front of the Zamoskvorechye Court of Moscow after the announcement of the verdict to sambo fighter Rasul Mirzaev, including Georgy Borovikov, a member of the nationalist organization, are kept at the police station. This was reported by the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

Let us remind you that on November 27, the Court found Rasul Mirzaev guilty of causing by negligence the death of Ivan Agafonov and sentenced him to 2 years of imprisonment. Given the period already served, the athlete was released in the courtroom. During announcement of the verdict, Dmitry Dyomushkin, the leader of the nationalist union "Russians", was detained on charges of organizing an unsanctioned rally. In the evening, he was released. The detention of Georgy Borovikov, a member of the nationalist organization, was also reported.

According to Georgy Borovikov, he and three other detainees spent the whole night at the "Zamoskvorechye" OVD (Interior Division). "There were three persons together with me Nikita Borisenko, Nikita Odegov, and Alexander Omelin. They are people of our circle," Georgy Borovikov explained to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

At present, the representative of the nationalist organization waits for his delivery to the magistrate judicial precinct to consider the administrative case against him under Article 19.3 of the Code on Administrative Offences failure to obey to a lawful order of a policeman.

Georgy Borovikov does not admit his guilt. "I do not admit my guilt. We just gave an interview to journalists. After the decision to release Rasul Mirzaev was announced, policemen approached us and took us with them. It was at about 04:00 p.m.," he said.

Georgy Borovikov has clarified that "policemen did not take fingerprints, did not conduct conversations, but asked to give explanations."
