Case on terror act at "Domodedovo" Airport brought to Moscow Regional Court

The case of four persons, accused of the organization of the terror act at the Moscow "Domodedovo" Airport was brought to the court. This was reported today by the press service of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation.

Let us remind you that the terror act, committed on January 24, 2011, at the Moscow "Domodedovo" International Airport, killed 37 persons. The charges on the case were filed against brothers Islam and Ilez Yandiev, Akhmed Evloev, and Bashir Khamkhoev, and after that they and their lawyers started to review the materials of the criminal case.

Today, Viktor Grin, Deputy General Prosecutor of the Russian Federation, has approved the indictment in the criminal case against Islam and Ilez Yandiev, Akhmed Evloev, and Bashir Khamkhoev. This was reported today by the official website of the General Prosecutor's Office.

After confirmation of the indictment, the criminal case was brought to the Moscow Regional Court for consideration on the merits, the "RAPSI" (Russian Agency of Legal and Judicial Information) reports.
