Gerter: the sufferers from the road accident in the neighbourhood of Pyatigorsk will get financial aid

The families of the lost people and those who got injured in the road accident with the participation of buses in the settlement of Inozemtsevo, Stavropol region, will get financial aid, Ivan Gerter, Chairman of the Government of Kabardino-Balkaria, said at a session of the Government on May, 14.

Earlier, the "Caucasian Knot" reported that a road accident happened on May, 13, not far from the settlement of Inozemtsevo, Stavropol region. Children from "Arabesques" ensemble of Children's art school of Tyrnyauz got injured in it. They were going to Zheleznovodsk for participation in the all-Russian contest of children's choreographic groups. Two children and two women died as a result of the accident. 17 injured persons were hospitalized. The physicians decided to move four children who were in the gravest state to clinics of Moscow.

On May, 14, the session of the Government of Kabardino-Balkaria started with a minute's silence. Immediately after its end a delegation from the Government headed by Gerter started for Elbrus district where the funeral of two schoolgirls, Leila Etezova and Talifa Kochkarova passed off. Representatives of the Apparat of regional and municipal Administration and teachers' community of Elbrus district were present at the funeral.

Head of Kabardino-Balkaria Arsen Kanokov and Chairman of the Parliament Anuar Chechenov expressed their condolence to the victims' relatives.

Today at 11:00 a civil funeral service for Ludmila Kaichueva and Julia Maiboroda, art director of the ensemble, will be held in the courtyard of Children's art school of Tyrnyauz.

Upon the order of Head of Administration of Elbrus district, May, 15, was declared a mourning day in the district.

According to Press service of district Administration, Head of Administration of Elbrus district Aslan Malkarov visited the injured children in the hospital of Pyatigorsk. They are also receiving financial aid. Head of the republic assumed responsibility for payment for the parents' accommodation in "Intourist" hotel.

We will remind that the "Arabesques" ensemble of Children's art school of Tyrnyauz was following to Zheleznovodsk for participation in the all-Russian contest of budding geniuses "Legends of the Caucasus".

The investigative bodies were considering three versions of the road accident: human factor, road conditions and technical state of the vehicles.
