Manual on How to Work Out Applications for Grants presented in Vladikavkaz

The Manual on How to Work Out Applications for Grants was presented at the IATP (Internet Access and Training Program) center in Vladikavkaz on December 22. A small seminar on the rules of working out the applications was conducted within the presentation. Besides, the author of the manual, IATP Regional Coordinator for Southern Russia Artyom Popov gave some training on the subject. Alumni of various American programs, teachers of Vladikavkaz institutes of higher education, NGO activists and journalists of regional and foreign media were among those invited to the presentation. The IATP center in Vladikavkaz was opened by Project Harmony, an American NGO, two months ago.
