Umarov demands money back from Gakaev and reorganizes "Imarat Kavkaz"

On October 9, Dokku Umarov, leader of North-Caucasian militants, disbanded two fronts in Chechnya and announced reshuffling in "Imarat Kavkaz". It has become known from the video clips placed on the Internet, in which Umarov refutes allegations of Chechen field commanders on the reasons, which forced them to refuse from their oath to him.

Umarov has stated appointment of Shariat Judge of Dagestani militant Ali Abu Muhammad to be Supreme Kadi (Shariah Judge) of the Shariat Court of "Imarat Kavkaz".

By his another decree Dokku Umarov reorganized the structure of Armed Forces of "Imarat Kavkaz" in Chechnya. As reported by one of the websites, which support Chechen militants, the decree disbanded the south-western and eastern fronts with preservation of the sectors, which operated in these fronts.

Umarov ordered that the sector leaders in the armed underground renovate, after receiving the decree, their oath to him.

Besides, Dokku Umarov has ordered Hussein Gakaev, the leader-elect of Chechen militants, to transfer the "financial and material resources, earlier allocated on the jihad," to sector Amirs.

Umarov also demanded that the Arab mercenary Mukhannad come to him, within a month, for taking part in a Shariat trial.
