Volgograd prosecutor's office requests access to the sight offering "Mein Kampf" should be blocked
The prosecutor's office of the Volgograd Central district has revealed facts of placing in Internet of offers to purchase the book by A.Hitler "Mein Kampf", included into the federal list of extremist materials.
In this connection, the prosecutor has filed statements of claim to the Central district court on forcing the Internet providers of the CJSC "Volgograd GSM" and CJSC "Company ER-Telecom" to stop the provision of access to the sight for the users.
The CJSC "Volgograd GSM" has voluntarily abided by the claim, the second statement of claim is now under consideration in court, reports Volgograd oblast prosecutor's office sight.
