"Black Hawks" admit their hooliganism

On September 29, all the defendants in the "Black Hawks" case - the Caucasians, accused of committing hooligan actions and causing grave harm to human health, - enjoyed their last plea right. Judge of the Dorogomilovo Court of Moscow retired to pass the verdict to be announced on October 8.

The "Caucasian Knot" has already reported that only two figurants of this case - Grant Arutyunov and Dilgam Guseinov - were kept in custody. The remaining four defendants are under recognizance not to leave.

The last session lasted for about 5 minutes. This was enough for defendants Guseinov and Arutyunov to make their last statements. Both admitted their guilt of hooliganism, but completely rejected any nationalist motives of that resonant fight.

Like all the previous sessions, this one was held without TV cameras. However, representatives of right-wing radical organizations also watched the trial from outside, as reported by the "TRC Petersburg - Fifth Channel".

The prosecution demanded the longest term for defendant Guseinov - 7 years, and petitioned on placing those under recognizance not to leave in custody till the verdict. However, the petition was denied.
