Three could-be militants liquidated in CTO in KBR

In an armed clash near Karagach village, Prokhladnoe District of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (KBR), where the counterterrorist operation (CTO) regime was introduced tonight, three IAF (illegal armed formation) members are killed and one law enforcer wounded, as reported by a source in law enforcement bodies of the republic.

Let us remind you that today, militiamen faced IAF members in Karagach, where a skirmish burst out. Law enforcers of the KBR started a special operation aimed at neutralization of the detected militants.

The CTO regime was announced in Karagach at 8:00 p.m. Moscow time. Additional special-purpose troops, OMON (anti-riot militia) fighters and interior troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), based in Kabardino-Balkaria, were deployed there. As reported by the ITAR-TASS, the warfare continues.

The detected grouping of rebels comprises, supposedly, 10 persons.
