Gamzat Saigidov, killed in a shootout with power agents on the Kizilyurt-Makhachkala highway, had been on the wanted list, said the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) for the North-Caucasian Federal District (NCFD). Saigidov was a militants' helper, said the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation.
