During a visit to the SIZO (pre-trial prison) of members of the Dagestani Public Oversight Commission (POC), activist Mukhammad Magomedov was at the investigator's office for interrogation. This was reported by Amirkhan Gasanov, the chief of the press service of the Department for Dagestan of the Russian Federal Penitentiary Service (known as FSIN).
