Children of migrants in Stavropol will be "treated" by floristic art

The Association of Stavropol Territory's Migrant Organizations "Solidarity" keeps on carrying out the project "We Are Together" jointly with the Stavropol Children's Library named after Kashpurov. This project is financed by the Open Society Institute (Soros Foundation) - Russia.

The aim of the project is to created conditions for the spiritual rehabilitation of children and teenagers from families of refugees and displaced persons that had been in extreme situations. Different entertaining and cognitive actions for children take place at the library. One of them was held on September 16.

That was a meeting with Stavropol artist L. Badalian "Plants Came to Life - the Art of Floristic".

Children assembled in the library were greatly intrigued by the artist's story and expressed a desire for visiting a circle on floristic. Talks with Badalian on this matter will be conducted. Such a pastime will be of great use for children, especially for those who bore mental and psychological traumas.
