Explosion in Magas can do harm to refugees

As the activist of the Human Rights Center "Memorial" in Nazran Shakhman Akbulatov noted, the explosion that took place near the FSB building in Magas on September 15 will undoubtedly complicate a situation in Ingushetia.

"The interior ministry and special services will launch special actions to search for those who organized the explosion, Akbulatov holds. A lot of innocent people, as it is often happens, can suffer following these actions. Particularly, I think, Chechen refugees will be in security agencies' field of vision. This can only speed up the authorities' decision on the closure of refugee camps."

The explosion in Magas just strengthens fears that separatists will intensify terrorist activity on the threshold of the presidential election in Chechnya.
