Conference on problems of "frozen conflicts" will be held in Kishinev

A conference devoted to the questions of "frozen conflicts" will be held in Kishinev on September 11-12. Problems of the Nagorno-Karabah, Abkhazian, and Pridnestrovsky conflicts, as well as the situation on Cyprus will be discussed at the conference. Representatives of non-government organizations and interested parties' governments, as well as officials of the European Union, the OSCE, and the Council of Europe, Council of Europe Secretary General Walter Schwimmer in particular, will participate in the conference.
