Chechen refugees ask for restoration of justice

On August 25, 2003, Chechen refugees living on the territory of the tent camp "Bella" situated on the outskirts of the stanitsa Ordzhonikidzevskaya in the Sunzhensky region of Ingushetia appealed to President of Ingushetia Murat Zyazikov, the Interior Ministers of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Ingushetia and a number of human rights organizations for help.

Forced migrants from the Chechen Republic ask to help them reinstate 325 people in the lists of refugees. They were struck off the registration in the Federal Migration Service without any ground.

The head of the Radical Public Movement "Chechen National Rescue Committee" Ruslan Badalov received an analogous appeal from refugees living in the place of temporal residence located on the territory of the Public Joint-Stock Company "Angusht" in Nazran. There, migration service officials excluded 32 forced migrants from the lists without giving any explanations.
