Detentions

On May 6, it was reported about the detention in Ingushetia of relatives of a resident of the republic, who had earlier been killed in a shootout with law enforcers. Dzaurov and Kartoev, two residents of Ingushetia, were detained in Malgobek after an armed incident, which occurred on the border of Ingushetia and North Ossetia on April 28. The detained men are relatives of Magomed Kodzoev, killed as a result of the above incident (the man was killed in the shootout with the law enforcers).

Every month, quarter, and every year, the “Caucasian Knot” posts statistics with regard to victims of the armed conflict in the regions of the North-Caucasian Federal District (NCFD) in Section “Northern Caucasus: Statistics of Victims”.
