In Armenia, number of people infected with coronavirus reaches 265

16 new cases of the coronavirus infection were confirmed in Armenia. The total number of coronavirus-infected people in the country reached 265.

On March 16, the Armenian authorities declared a state of emergency until April 14 and closed the entry from 16 countries. Events with the participation of more than 20 people are prohibited in the country. Last night, Armenia introduced restrictions on the movement of citizens. When a person wants to go out to a pharmacy or a store, he or she must fill out a special protocol. Administrative and criminal liability is provided for violation of the quarantine and self-isolation regime.
