Ramzan Kadyrov announces his career plans
For the first time after a week break, Ramzan Kadyrov delivered a speech in Grozny. He announced his future career plans.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on January 13, Ramzan Kadyrov appointed Muslim Khuchiev, the chairman of the government, the acting leader of Chechnya for the period of his temporary incapacity to work.
