On August 16, in Makhachkala, over 15 law enforcers conducted another raid near the "Tangim" Mosque after Friday prayers. Two mobile checkpoints were arranged in Omarov and Gagarin Streets, near the "Smolyan" restaurant. The law enforcers stopped cars, wrote down the personal data of drivers and passengers and compiled lists of people leaving the place near the mosque. A specific feature of the raid was the involvement of juvenile police inspectors, who stood closer to the "Tangim" Mosque and escorted teenagers to a mobile checkpoint. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of Dagestan, no one was detained.
