Belidji residents report about situation during CTO

The counterterrorist operation (CTO) legal regime in the Derbent District is lifted. The CTO was carried out on the outskirts of the village of Belidji and did not affect local residents.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the CTO legal regime has been introduced today in the territory of the Derbent District. The National Antiterrorist Committee (NAC) reported killing a militant who was plotting a terror act.

Law enforcers cordoned off an unfinished building on the outskirts of the village, a local resident reported. According to him, there were a lot of law enforcers in the village, and in the afternoon, people heard shots and explosions.

"After the shooting, a lot of law enforcers left the village," added the source.
