  • Paul Goble: shelling of peaceful cities aggravates Karabakh conflict

  • Third armistice in Nagorno-Karabakh comes into force

    A new agreement on a humanitarian ceasefire in the Karabakh conflict zone has come into force today at 8:00 a.m. local time. The Azerbaijani Ministry of Defence (MoD) and the Armenian Prime Minister, Nikol Pashinyan, following the President of Nagorno-Karabakh, has promised this time to stick to the ceasefire agreement.
