Azerbaijan reports shelling of two villages in conflict zone

Over the past 24 hours, the positions of the Azerbaijani armed forces in the Karabakh conflict zone were shelled 24 times, and border villages in the Tovuz District came under fire, the Ministry of Defence (MoD) for Azerbaijan reports today.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that over the twenty four hours on December 10-11, the Azerbaijani MoD registered 27 attacks on its positions.

From the morning on December 10 to the morning on December 11, the ceasefire regime was violated 24 times, the Azerbaijani MoD reports on its website today. According to the Azerbaijani MoD, the positions of the Azerbaijani army in the villages of Agdam and Mundjuglu in the Tovuz District were fired from the Armenian side, and the fire also came from the territories "near the occupied villages" in the Terter, Agdam, and Fizuli District, as well as from the positions on the nameless heights in the Goranboy, Terter, Agdam, and Khodjavand Districts, the Azerbaijani MoD reported.
